Fitness Classes

Our Spring 2017 programme of fitness classes starts on Monday February 27.

The programme will be reviewed regularly; we plan to offer new classes and make changes to the timetable, depending on what suits our members. So please let us know what you think of our programme.

Please note: The timing of 50+ Mobility, Teen Circuits and Pre-school 1st for Sport classes is not yet confirmed. Watch this space for further details.
